All classes are HEATED with the exception of RESTORATIVE and YIN classes.Please pre-register for classes as we are not allowing "walk ins" at this moment. Any cancellations must be made at least TWO HOURS before the start of class. Any "no shows" or late cancellations will be charged a class credit.
